Security Printing & Minting Corporation of India Limited (SPMCIL) is a Miniratna Category -I Central Public Enterprise wholly owned by the Government of India. SPMCIL is looking for the engagement of one CSR Associate and one Assistant Company Secretary on a fixed-term employment basis and many other posts. • Assistant Manager – 30 years

Eligibility Criteria for the recruitment of SPMCIL 2022:

• Assistant Company Secretary – Qualified Company Secretary (CS) candidate having undergone the 
• Management training/internship prescribed by the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) in a Public Sector Undertaking (PSU) or any other reputed organization.
• CSR Associate – Masters in social welfare / Masters in Social Work (MSW) / MBA in CSR / MS in CSR & Ethical Management / MBA/ PGD in Rural Development awarded by a recognized organization.
• Deputy Manager ( Environment) – 1st class full-time master's degree in Chemical Engineering / Degree in Chemistry/ Environmental Engineering Or 1st class two years full-time graduate Diploma degree in management with HR elective claiming to be equivalent to MBA.
• Assistant Manager ( Marketing) – 1st class full-time master's degree in MBA with Marketing elective/ Marketing Management.
• Deputy Manager (Environment) – 1st class full-time degree in Chemistry / Chemical Engineering / Environmental Engineering. Minimum 03 years experience.
• Assistant Manager ( Finance and Accounts) – Bachelors of Commerce (B.Com) degree with CA/ ICWA.
• Assistant Manager (Legal) – 1st class degree in law.
• Assistant Manager ( HR) – 1st class full-time Master's Degree in PM & IR/ MSW/ MBA with HR elective.
• Assistant Manager ( Material Management) – 1st class degree in Engineering in discipline of Mechanical/ Electrical / Pulp & Paper Technology / Electronics / Printing Technology.
• Assistant Manager (Civil) – 1st class B. Tech / BE in the area of Civil Engineering.
• Assistant Manager (IT) – 1st class full-time MCA / 1st class B. Tech( Computer Engineering / IT ).

Recruitment salary of SPMCIL 2022:

• Experience: 0 to 1 years Rs 40,000/- per month.
• Experience: More than 1 to 3 years Rs 50,000/- per month.
• Experience: More than three years Rs 60,000/- per month.
• Deputy Manager – E-2 Rs 50,000 – Rs 160,000/-
• Assistant Manager – E-1 Rs 40,000 – 140000/-

SPMCIL Manager recruitment 2022 Examination fee :

• Rs 600/- (Non – Refundable) for candidates belonging to the General, EWS, OBC category( Including veterans).
• Intimation Charges of Rs 200/- ( Non -Refundable) for candidates belonging to the SC/ ST /PwD category.
