Salary for Southern Railway Recruitment 2022
- For Freshers - 12th std, Rs 7000/- per month
- For Fresher - X std, Rs 6000/- per month

Age Limit for Southern Railway Apprentice Recruitment 2022
- The candidates must have completed 15 years of age and should not have completed 22 / 24 years for Freshers / Ex-ITI and MLT, respectively.
- The Upper age is relaxed by three years for OBC, five years for SC/ST candidates, and 10 Years for persons with Benchmark Disability (PwBD).

Eligibility Criteria for Southern Railway Apprentice Recruitment 2022
- Electronics Mechanics - Candidates must have passed class 10th (with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks) under 10 +2 System of education with Science (Physics and Chemistry) and Mathematics or its equivalent and ITI course in the relevant trade from Government recognized ITI.
- Fitter, Machinist, MMV, Turner, Diesel Mechanic, Carpenter, Painter, Welder(G&E), Wireman, Advance Welder & R&AC - Candidate must have passed class 10th (with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks) under 10 +2 System of education, and ITI course in the relevant trade from Government recognized ITI.
- Fitter, Painter & Welder - Candidates must have passed class 10th (with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks) under 10, +2 System of education or its equivalent.
- Electrician - Candidate must have passed class 10th (with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks)under the 10 +2 System of education with Science as one of the subjects or its equivalent and an ITI course in the relevant trade from Government recognized ITI.
- Medical Laboratory Technician (Radiology, Pathology, Cardiology)- Candidates must have passed class 12th (with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks) under 10, +2 system of education with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology.
- PASAA - Candidate must have passed class 10th (with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks) under 10 +2 System of education & National Trade Certificate issued by the National Council of India for Vocational Training in “Computer Operator and Programming Assistant.”
