• Engineer 'B' – 35 years
• Assistant Security Officer – 50 years
• Assistant Canteen Manager – 35 years
• Library Trainee – 30 years
• Administrative Officer – 50 years

Salary for Raman Research Institute recruitment 2022:

• Engineer 'A' – Level 10 Total Emoluments Rs 1,00,000/-
• Engineer 'B' – Level 11 Total Emoluments Rs 1,18,000/-
• Assistant Security Officer – Rs 77,000/- per month
• Assistant Canteen Manager – Rs 61,000 /- per month
• Library Trainee – Rs 20,000 in the first year and Rs 22,000 second year
• Administrative Officer – Level 13, Total Emoluments Rs 2 Lakhs/-

Eligibility Criteria for Raman Research Institute recruitment 2022:

• Engineer 'A' – M.Sc or B.E. /B.Tech(Computer Science/Engineering, IT or same field) with first class.
• Engineer 'B' – M.Sc or B.E. /B.Tech(Computer Science/Engineering, IT or same field) with first class marks and a minimum of three years of relevant experience Or Master Degree ( M.E. / M.Tech ) in Computer Science / Engineering, Information Technology or similar field with first class.
• Assistant Security Officer – Bachelor's degree. Ex-Servicemen JCO (Naib Subedar Of ARMY or higher rank or its equivalent in Navy and Airforce) Or equivalent grade in other paramilitary forces with a minimum of 10 years of experience.
• Assistant Canteen Manager – Degree in Hotel Management Or equivalent with at least 55% marks. Proficiency in the use of a variety of computer office applications, M.S Word, PowerPoint, ERP.
• Library Trainee – Master of Library and Information Science (MLISc) degree Or equivalent and bachelor's Degree in any discipline with a minimum of 60% in both degrees. Only those who have completed MLISc after 2020 and are waiting for their result are eligible to apply. 
• Administrative Officer – Post Graduate with a minimum of 55% marks. Knowledge of the use of personal computers and applications. Minimum ten years of experience in the field.
