1. The portal will be prepared by the Directorate of Women Empowerment through DOIT&C or the employers providing work from home-job work opportunities will be linked to it on the Govt portal. Accordingly, registration of interested women will be done.
2. For the implementation of the scheme, a scheme implementation unit will be formed in the Directorate of Women Empowerment. Through which the following work will be done.
   • To connect women with work from home-job work as per the targets given by the department.
   • To make efforts to invite maximum applications from women skilled in technical/skill and any other field who are willing to do work from home-job work.
   • Analysis of data received on the portal and report generation.
   • Contact and coordinate with public and private sector employers to identify work from home-job work opportunities available there and connect women with them. 
   • Preparing IEC material for the promotion of the scheme. 
   • Organization of workshops, seminars etc. to connect industrial institutions with the scheme and to sensitize them. Tracking, monitoring and reporting to the department from time to time the women benefited from work from home-job work through the scheme.
