The objective of Rajasthan Kali Bai Bhil Meritorious Student Scooty Scheme 2023 is as follows:

• To encourage students to study as regular students till class 12th in government (including residential schools run by the state government) and private schools of the state of Rajasthan and to score more marks in class 12th and to develop a sense of competition among girl students and for higher studies. For the purpose of motivation, the said scheme is being operated in the state.
  The name of the scheme will be “Kalibai Bhil Meritorious Student Scooty Scheme”.
  This scheme will be effective from the financial year 2020-21 (01 April, 2020) i.e. Scooty will be provided on the basis of the declared result of class 12th in the year 2023.
• The nodal department of this scheme will be the Commissioner College Education Department.

Eligibility for Rajasthan Kali Bai Bhil Medhavi Chhatra Scooty Scheme 2023:

• Academic Criteria: Girl students who passed class 12th from Rajasthan Board of Secondary Education with a minimum of 65% marks or from Central Board of Secondary Education with a minimum of 75% marks and are studying in any school in Rajasthan.
• 12th Class Marks: Marks obtained in supplementary exams are not considered for the percentage criteria.
• Graduation Degree: Graduation degree from any Rajasthan-based college (e.g., BA, BSc, BCom, BTech, MBBS, BBA, etc.) while studying as a regular student.
• Admission Gap: No benefit if there is a gap of one year from the year of passing 12th class in admission to bachelor's degree.
• Financial Assistance: Available to girls not receiving financial assistance under any other state scheme.
• Previous Scooty Benefit: Girls who received a Scooty based on 10th class result are eligible for a lump sum amount of Rs 40,000 if they become eligible based on their 12th result.
• Income Limit: The annual income limit for parents of the beneficiary student is Rs 2 to 5 lakh for schemes under Devnarayan Yojana and Kalibai Bhil Meritorious Student Scooty Scheme.
• Scheme Implementation: The scheme will be applicable to all eligible girl students from families not paying income tax.
• Distribution of Scooters: Scooters will be distributed according to Scheme-wise Appendix No. Action 1 to 6. In the Faculty of Commerce, at least one Scooty will be given to the highest scoring student in every district.
